Stop Hair Fall

Why Hair fall is Happend :- Hair fall is a common problem that affects both men and women. It can be caused by stress, poor nutrition, hormonal imbalance, genetics, illness, or use of harsh hair products. On average, losing 50–100 hairs a day is normal, but excessive hair loss may indicate an underlying issue. Lack of protein, iron, or vitamins like D and B12 can weaken hair roots. Pollution, dandruff, and heat styling also damage hair over time. Maintaining a balanced diet, staying hydrated, managing stress, and following a gentle hair care routine can help reduce hair fall and promote healthier, stronger hair.

Home Remedies for Stop  Hair Fall

1.  Apply coconut oil or onion juice to the scalp twice a week to nourish roots and reduce hair fall. Use aloe vera gel to soothe and strengthen hair. Amla (gooseberry) juice or powder helps promote growth. Wash hair with mild, natural shampoos and avoid heat styling to prevent further damage.

2. Soak 2 tablespoons of fenugreek (methi) seeds overnight. Grind into a paste and apply it to your scalp and hair. Leave it for 30 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water. Fenugreek is rich in protein and nicotinic acid, which strengthen hair follicles and reduce hair fall naturally with regular use.

3. Boil a handful of curry leaves in coconut oil until they turn black. Strain the oil and let it cool. Massage it into your scalp twice a week. Curry leaves are rich in antioxidants and amino acids that strengthen hair roots, prevent hair fall, and promote thicker, shinier hair growth.
